The course was organized in accordance with the presidential decree regarding the implementation of the Doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights." The main objective of this training was to explain the key aspects of the Doctrine and their integration into the work of scientific and educational organizations.
The final event was attended by State Secretary Arslan Koychiev, who shared his thoughts on the content of the Doctrine and emphasized its importance for the development of the educational system and the formation of values in society. At the end of the training, participants were awarded corresponding certificates.
According to the President's Administration, the leaders who completed the course will be able to apply the knowledge gained in their professional activities, clarifying the key provisions of the Doctrine within their teams and among the general public. It is expected that this will contribute to strengthening the national self-awareness of youth and preserving the cultural heritage of the country.
