Deputy Gulai Mashrapova (District 8) has requested to check the "Asphalt-Beton Group" plant for compliance with environmental standards in the Kara-Suu district.

During the parliament session, she noted that local residents are expressing dissatisfaction with the smoke coming from the plant. The plant suspended its operations on December 20 due to unfavorable weather conditions and plans to resume activities with the arrival of warm weather. The deputy insists on an inspection to determine whether the plant's operations comply with environmental norms.

Additionally, she mentioned that there is a boarding school for deaf and mute children in the Kara-Suu district, which houses 60 students. The deputy pointed out that only 28 soms are allocated for each child's nutrition, which, in her opinion, is insufficient and does not adhere to the principles of reasonable expenditure of funds.
