Exchange rates as of December 3

As of December 3, 2025, the National Bank has presented new data on exchange rates.

The US Dollar (USD) remains at 87.45 soms.
The Euro (EUR) has slightly decreased to 101.5382 soms, compared to the previous value of 101.5688 soms.
The Russian Ruble (RUB) has not changed and is at 1.1256 soms.
The Kazakh Tenge (KZT) has strengthened from 0.1702 to 0.1719 soms.
The Chinese Yuan (CNY) also showed a slight increase, rising from 12.3660 to 12.3685 soms.

In commercial banks, the average purchase rate for the US Dollar is 87.29 soms, while the sale rate is 87.69 soms.

As for the Russian Ruble, in commercial banks, the average purchase rate is 1.11 soms, and the sale rate is 1.14 soms.
