The National Statistical Committee has published information about the minimum subsistence level for 2025, which averaged 8,697.32 soms per person per month.
For working-age citizens, the minimum subsistence level is set at 9,738.29 soms: 9,983.49 soms for men and 9,694.40 soms for women. For pensioners, this figure is 7,699.36 soms, and for children, it is 7,379.07 soms.
The largest part of the minimum subsistence level consists of food expenses — 5,653.26 soms. Next are services, which amount to 1,478.54 soms, followed by non-food goods — 1,391.57 soms, and taxes and fees — 173.95 soms.
