At a recent meeting of the Committee on Industrial Policy, Transport, as well as in the field of Architecture and Construction, a decision was made to support the draft law concerning the "Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union," which was signed on July 28, 2025, in Moscow and pertains to the original Agreement dated May 29, 2014.
Sultan Akhmatov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, presented information that the proposed amendments were the result of the work of a consolidated group focused on improving the conditions of the EAEU Agreement. The document contains 33 amendments aimed at addressing shortcomings identified during the law enforcement practice, as well as clarifying the terms used in the Union Agreement.
