
A board meeting was held at the General Prosecutor's Office to discuss the results of the work of the Enforcement Service for the year 2025.
According to information provided by the Prosecutor General's Office, the meeting noted a significant improvement in indicators for debt collection and enforcement of court decisions.
If in 2024, before the transfer of the Service to the structure of the General Prosecutor's Office, the amount of recoveries was 633 million 271 thousand 231 soms, then in 2025 this figure rose to 1 billion 62 million 228 thousand 280 soms, setting a record in the history of the Service's operations.
Considering that the transfer of the Service took place on July 1, 2025, for a more accurate assessment of effectiveness, data for the second half of the year were compared. From July to December 2024, the amount of recoveries was 286 million 680 thousand 868 soms, while for the same period in 2025, this figure reached 743 million 115 thousand 740 soms. Thus, collections increased by more than 2.5 times, clearly demonstrating a significant improvement in performance.
