As a result of the work of the Judicial Enforcement Service, 185 million 588 thousand 605 soms were collected in favor of various state and municipal institutions, including important structures such as the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service, as well as local self-government bodies.
According to information from the General Prosecutor's Office, enforcement measures were also imposed on property, both movable and immovable, with a total estimated value of 344 million 924 thousand 684 soms.
The agency emphasized that in recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of enforcement documents. In 2024, the Judicial Enforcement Service received 315 thousand 932 documents, of which 200 thousand 273 were successfully executed, accounting for 63.3% of the total number in processing.
In 2025, the number of incoming documents increased to 495 thousand 849, which is 179 thousand 917 documents more than the previous year, corresponding to an increase of approximately 57%.
At the same time, the number of actually executed documents in 2025 reached 370 thousand 760, which is 86.5% of the total volume in processing.
These successful results were made possible by the reform of the judicial act enforcement system, initiated by the presidential decree of June 23, 2025, No. 187, as well as by improving coordination and control mechanisms after the Judicial Enforcement Service was transferred to the structure of the General Prosecutor's Office.
