On January 26, a meeting was held in the Aksy district, where the results of socio-economic progress for the year 2025 were summarized. The leadership of the presidential representative in the Jalal-Abad region participated in the event.

During the meeting, an analysis of the district's performance in 2025 was conducted, highlighting both the successes achieved in various sectors and the problems that require attention. Positive results were discussed in the areas of industry, agriculture, investment attraction, and services, indicating sustainable growth in key economic sectors.

However, the presidential representative Tilek Tekebaev emphasized a number of identified shortcomings. He pointed out the increase in tax debts and contributions to the social insurance system, which, in his opinion, is insufficiently explained, and the oversight of this situation leaves much to be desired.

In healthcare, a shortage of 33 doctors was noted, as well as an increase in infant mortality rates compared to the previous year, which is regarded as a serious alarming signal. Additionally, the rise in emergencies, such as fires, demonstrates the need to intensify preventive measures.

Attention was also drawn to the stagnation in education quality indicators. Special emphasis was placed on the necessity to accelerate infrastructure development in tourist-attractive regions and to improve conditions for guests.

As a result of the meeting, the presidential representative instructed the leaders to address the identified shortcomings and to enhance socio-economic development in 2026. Some leaders were directed to apply disciplinary measures, including reprimands and warnings.
