According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, in 2025, the total revenue from the sale of fishing tickets and cards reached 13,573,419 soms. This figure significantly exceeds the results of 2024, when 3,146,149 soms were collected.
The ministry noted that such a significant increase is associated with the implementation of a new online sales system for fishing tickets.
Additionally, the Department of Fisheries has established limits on sport and amateur fishing in water bodies of fishery significance. These limits were agreed upon with the ichthyology and hydrobiology laboratory at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
To more effectively organize fishing events, agreements have been made with various public associations and limited liability companies.
Athletes and fishing enthusiasts in Kyrgyzstan can now easily purchase fishing tickets online. To do this, they need to visit the official website agro.gov.kg, go to the "Services" section, and select "Buy Fishing Ticket," or use the direct link to the "Fishing Ticket" page - https://rb.agro.gov.kg/ and scan the ELQR code provided there.
Payment can be made using any mobile banking application or electronic wallet.
After successful payment, the electronic fishing ticket will be sent to the email address specified by the user during registration and will be valid throughout the country.
