At the meeting, the district akim Chyngyz Bapaev expressed dissatisfaction with the insufficient activity of the village leaders in the area of replenishing local budgets and collecting taxes.
“It is necessary not only to distribute incoming funds but also to work actively, in accordance with modern requirements. It is important to find reserves. By showing initiative, you can uncover significant funds that are currently 'in the shadows,'” Bapaev noted.
He also pointed out the lack of quality analysis to determine the level of poverty in the region.
In Bapaev's opinion, the staff of the district statistical office also demonstrate insufficient work in this area.
