The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Temir Sariev, held a meeting with representatives of the sewing sector to discuss important aspects of its development.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to create an expert working group that will include representatives from business, relevant associations, and experts in this field.
The expert group has been tasked with preparing a set of practical and regulatory initiatives aimed at streamlining operations in the sewing industry.
Among the priority tasks of the working group are: the creation of a registry of conscientious entrepreneurs in the sewing sector; the development of phased mechanisms to bring small sewing enterprises out of the shadow sector; the formation of a transparent and fair scheme for distributing credit resources for enterprises in the industry; the organization of training and professional development programs for specialists and managers; as well as the preparation of proposals to create sustainable conditions that promote growth and modernization of the sewing industry.
Sariev emphasized that the chamber will act as a coordinator of dialogue between business and government structures, and will also support the development of a transparent, competitive, and export-oriented sewing industry.
