The Deputy Minister of Construction, Talant Imanakun uulu, spoke at a meeting of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on industrial policy, transport, and construction, where he presented a report on the ministry's work for the years 2024–2025.
He noted that in 2025, 15.5 billion soms were allocated from the republican budget for the construction of social facilities, which allowed for the construction of 291 new facilities. In 2024, funding amounted to 11.6 billion soms.
“Currently, the construction of 668 facilities is ongoing in the country. In particular, there are 34 in Chui region, 13 in Bishkek, 39 in Issyk-Kul region, 21 in Naryn, 9 in Talas, 80 in Jalal-Abad, 63 in Osh region, 10 in the city of Osh, and 21 in Batken region,” he reported.
Additionally, the deputy minister emphasized that in 2025, the construction of 129 schools and 60 kindergartens was completed. The Department of Architecture developed 142 master plans for residential areas, including the cities of Suzak, Naryn, and Tokmok.
“In 2025, the Department of State Expertise reviewed 2,401 project documents, of which 2,005 received positive conclusions. The Department of Construction included 3,806 facilities in the control registry, and based on the inspections, 2,488 protocols were drawn up, with fines amounting to 140 million soms,” added Imanakun uulu.
