A 6-story building has been erected in Osh by the company "Emakom," however, local residents are expressing dissatisfaction due to the lack of a heating boiler. This was reported by deputy Azamat Israilov at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
As noted by the Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev, the current financial situation of the company "Emakom" is extremely difficult, and it is on the brink of bankruptcy.
“Many of their projects in Bishkek and Osh are either unfinished or have not been put into operation at all. We have already helped to put several facilities into operation. Currently, we are working on resolving these issues. In accordance with the president's instructions, a decision regarding the unfinished buildings will be made in the near future. We strongly recommend that citizens do not trust companies that lack the necessary documents and refrain from purchasing apartments at the foundation stage. It is important to understand that prices for construction materials have risen, and some construction firms are experiencing financial difficulties,” the minister emphasized.
