In 2026, the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration plans to provide assistance to 13,333 families through the social contract program, as reported by Zhalyn Toktosunov, a leading specialist in the Employment Promotion Department.
Toktosunov noted that this year more than 13,000 citizens will be able to receive 150,000 soms each to develop their businesses within the framework of this program.
Additionally, participants can apply for preferential loans of up to 200,000 soms at the state banks "Eldik Bank" and "Aiyl Bank".
For families engaged in agriculture, free training courses are also provided.
“If you are looking to enhance your knowledge in the agricultural field, please contact the relevant departments for training,” added Zhalyn Toktosunov.The goal of the social contract program is to support low-income families, promote entrepreneurial activity, and increase employment among the population.
