At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Bakyt Torobayev, reported a significant increase in agricultural production in 2025, amounting to 459.7 billion soms. According to him, this result exceeds the figures of 2024 by 62.9 billion soms.
“The successes in the agricultural sector in 2025 are impressive. We reached 459.7 billion soms in agricultural production, which is 62.9 billion soms more than last year, with a growth rate of 102.2%. The processing industry also showed good results, amounting to 104.7 billion soms, which is 16.2 billion soms higher than the level of 2024, with a growth rate of 130%,” he added.
