Revenue of residents of the High Technology Park reached 17 billion soms in 2025

As of the end of 2025, residents of the High Technology Park of Kyrgyzstan (HTP) demonstrated significant growth. According to information provided by the HTP, the total revenue of the companies amounted to 17.1 billion soms (equivalent to 195.4 million USD), which is 50% higher than the results of 2024, when the revenue was 11.4 billion soms (130.3 million USD). This confirms the stable development of the country's IT ecosystem and the growing importance of the sector in Kyrgyzstan's economy.

Export Maintains Dominant Share

In 2025, the export of HTP residents amounted to 16.3 billion soms (186.3 million USD), which accounts for 95.3% of the total revenue. In 2024, exports reached 10.67 billion soms (122 million USD) and accounted for 93.57% of total income. Thus, exports grew by 52.8%, and its share increased by almost 2%.

The geography of exports also expanded: while in 2024 the HTP worked with 64 countries, in 2025 this number increased to 70.

Residents and Jobs

By the end of 2025, there were 463 resident companies registered in the HTP. The number of jobs created was about 3000, indicating continued growth in the IT sector and increasing demand for qualified specialists.

Increase in Payments to the State

In 2025, HTP residents contributed the following amounts to the budget:

* Insurance contributions - 142 million soms (1.62 million USD), which is 34.6% more than in 2024 (105.5 million soms or 1.2 million USD);

* Income tax - 284 million soms (3.25 million USD), which is 42.6% more compared to 2024 (199.2 million soms or 2.3 million USD).

The total amount of tax and social payments reached 426 million soms (4.87 million USD) compared to 304.7 million soms (3.5 million USD) in 2024. This corresponds to an increase in budget contributions of almost 40% and highlights the growing contribution of the IT sector to Kyrgyzstan's economy.

Year Results

2025 was an important milestone for the High Technology Park, marking:

* A 50% increase in revenue;

* A 52% increase in exports;

* An expansion of geography to 70 countries;

* A nearly 40% increase in tax and social payments;

* An export share reaching 95.3%.

These results confirm that the HTP continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading export and technology centers in the country's economy.
