Akym Mukhtar Sherbaev, sharing his experience, noted that his career spans work in the banking sector, international organizations, and the mining industry. He emphasized that the knowledge gained from previous positions has already borne fruit. "I am not sharing my experience for no reason. We managed to increase the budget of the ayil okmotu from 2 million soms to 90 million soms. As a result, we received the nomination for 'Best Ayil Okmotu' in the country," he stated.
The Akym cited an example of his work in the Jalal-Abad region, where, as the first deputy akym of the Ala-Buka district, he dealt with issues of the independence of rural areas from state subsidies.
As a result of his efforts, two ayil okmotu were able to emerge from a subsidized state, which contributed to significant improvements in local infrastructure. Currently, there are no subsidized ayil okmotu left in the Ala-Buka district.
Speaking about the achieved results, Sherbaev emphasized that this is not boasting, but an example of "practically confirmed experience" that will be used for the further development of the At-Bashinsky district. "The At-Bashinsky district has always been among the leaders in the country. We will not only maintain this pace but will also make every effort to continue proudly carrying the banner of the best district in the republic and contribute to its socio-economic growth," he noted.
