Aliya Choybekova: I help others launch projects and change their lives

Women entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan is becoming increasingly prominent. In particular, among successful women in the online business sector, information producers stand out, such as Aliya Choybekova, who has achieved significant success in the online sphere. In a conversation with VB.KG, Aliya shared her experience in her little-known profession, explaining how she managed to turn ideas into a successful business and help other Kyrgyzstanis enter the vast online market, unlock their creative potential, and earn a decent income.

Aliya, how did you start your journey as an information producer?

- My career path began with working as a masseuse and engaging in network marketing. I aimed to transition into the online sphere, and that’s when I discovered information business. After training, I realized that being an information producer is a completely new and exciting profession.

Can you explain what information production is?

- The term "production" has long transcended the realms of cinema and show business. It is a promising field that allows information products to reach a new level, so that people not only learn about them but also start purchasing them. A producer creates informational products using the knowledge and skills of professionals from various fields, such as medicine, education, and others. These experts want to go online but don’t know how to do it.

I help them with that. As an information producer, I provide all the necessary conditions for implementing their products: I professionally design pages to attract users and hold their attention. I also use targeted advertising to reach the target audience. Essentially, my job is to promote the expert, showcase their skills and achievements, bring them onto the "online stage," and support online education.

Experts, with the help of a producer, can launch their courses, recruit students, and share their experiences. For example, it’s difficult to become a masseuse in rural areas, but someone interested can take an online course and start working in this profession, as well as teach others. Doctors can conduct online consultations, and teachers can organize classes for parents. In general, production is a vast market that offers well-paid services.

My work is much more than just marketing. Production involves not only promotion but also deep collaboration with experts, helping them to assert themselves and launch their products to achieve real results. I see myself not only as an organizer but also as a mentor.

In online education, it’s important not only to provide knowledge but also to demonstrate the path by example. A true mentor is someone who has gone through the journey of an information producer, achieved success, and is now sharing a working system.

What attracts you to the producer profession?

- This profession offers the opportunity not only to earn but also to help people find themselves, realize projects, and transform their lives. I see how my students start from scratch and achieve stable income, becoming confident and independent. This is inspiring.

A producer is always in a process of development and must understand marketing, sales, content, and new technologies. I find this interesting, and I strive to pass my knowledge on to my students. This is the essence of my profession.

How many students do you have now?

- I have been working in the information business for three years and have trained over five thousand students from different countries, including the USA. My former students are successfully working in this market and earning good money. I have helped many women who had to stay home due to family circumstances become successful online experts.

It seems you had a challenging path to success. What do you see as the key to success in business?

- In my experience, success does not come instantly. If a person is ready to work hard, learn from their mistakes, and not give up, they will achieve results. I have also faced difficulties; I have had failures, but each time I got back up. As Confucius said, "He who is great is not one who has never fallen, but one who has fallen and gotten back up." Persistence and the pursuit of new opportunities lead to success. I am proud that I did not give up during tough times and was able to overcome all obstacles in my path.

I firmly believe that a successful business is one that benefits both its owner and people.

You mentioned that you realized your dream. What dream was that?

- While working as a masseuse, I dreamed of opening my own spa, but I didn’t know how to do it. My dream could have remained just a dream if I hadn’t become an information producer. Gaining experience allowed me to realize my dream, as now I know how to advertise, create a website, and attract clients. I can work with any business.

Many of my students have already successfully implemented their projects and recouped their training costs. I am glad about this, as it strengthens my reputation as a mentor.

How in demand is information production in Kyrgyzstan?

- This field truly opens up enormous opportunities. I want to help my compatriots enter it. Many highly qualified specialists, such as psychologists, want to develop in the online space but don’t know where to start. Here, the services of a producer become indispensable. We help open businesses and earn money using their professional skills. A producer is useful in any niche; we can bring anyone online.

In the modern world, everything is constantly changing and evolving. Many Kyrgyzstanis are already realizing that the future lies in the online sphere. Although we are still lagging behind Russia and Kazakhstan, sooner or later, everyone will transition online, and everyone will start using artificial intelligence. Changes are inevitable, and now is the time to master new trends before the market becomes saturated. By the time the future arrives, my current students will be professionals in their fields.

I am not just talking about people learning a new profession, but about them promoting their products online, using their knowledge and skills for a large audience, which opens up new opportunities for earning and development.

Do you have any hobbies that help you recharge?

- Everyone has their own ways of relaxing. I am an active person, and I enjoy active recreation: hiking in the mountains, visiting hot springs. I also share my travel experiences on my Instagram blog and try to find time to connect with loved ones. All of this gives me energy and motivation for running my business.

What goals have you set for this year?

- To master information production, I studied with eight mentors in different countries. However, in the information business, everything changes quickly, and the knowledge that was relevant two years ago is already outdated. Therefore, a producer must constantly learn; otherwise, they will fall behind. I plan to participate in training sessions with well-known speakers like Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki.

I also want to explore new areas, engage in coaching, and motivate as many Kyrgyzstanis as possible to go online.

Thank you for the interesting interview. I wish you success in achieving your goals.
