Key Achievements
One of the main tasks of 2025 was to improve the IT infrastructure. A new IT hub was planned to be launched in Bishkek with the support of South Korea, focusing on startups, training specialists, and international cooperation. In the same city, a "Technopark" opened — another space for tech teams and startups.
The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan announced the acquisition of supercomputers for the development of artificial intelligence, which will create the necessary computational base for scientific research and government projects.
This year also introduced the concept of "women's entrepreneurship," which became part of a program to support inclusive business and engage women in the economy and technology. The final of the first wave of the She’s Next, Empowered by Visa initiative, implemented by Visa together with MBANK, took place in Kyrgyzstan, where over 7,000 women gained access to training and expertise. At Pitch Day in Bishkek, 20 finalists presented their projects, and six of them received grants for development.
Eldik Bank completed a deal to acquire 100% of Beeline Kyrgyzstan, which was a notable event in the financial sector.
