According to the presented document, the creation of artificial intelligence tools is planned, which will be used for analyzing draft regulatory legal acts (RLA). In addition, the implementation of machine-readable law is expected, which will help identify outdated, contradictory, or duplicative norms. A prototype of the AI-based module has already been tested in a pilot mode and put into operation.
The application of artificial intelligence is also anticipated in the daily activities of ministries and agencies, which will significantly accelerate the document analysis process.
To ensure public access to legislation, a digital legal portal has been created, where current laws and explanations are available in three languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. The portal also includes a mobile version.
Moreover, all government institutions have fully transitioned to electronic interagency data exchange through the "Tunduk" system.
