At the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council held in December 2025 in St. Petersburg, a Plan of Actions (roadmap) was signed for the implementation of the Declaration on the further development of economic processes within the Eurasian Economic Union until 2030 and for the period until 2045, named "Eurasian Economic Path." This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The approved plan includes 172 mechanisms and 345 activities covering 62 areas of integration development of the EAEU. Its main goal is to strengthen the single market, enhance the resilience of the economies of the member states, and improve the international competitiveness of the Union.

The implementation of this plan will provide a common market with key goods and resources, as well as promote the development of industrial and agro-industrial cooperation, the creation of a unified transport-logistics and financial space, and expand access for businesses and citizens to digital services.

The Plan of Actions includes initiatives from the Kyrgyz Republic aimed at supporting countries with developing economies. These measures involve the development of forms and mechanisms of support, including the use of existing development institutions. It is also planned to create a pilot list of documents necessary for the movement of goods within mutual trade and publish it on the official website of the Commission, which will simplify the process of document collection for exporting goods from Kyrgyzstan to other EAEU countries.

Significant attention in the plan is given to improving customs, technical, sanitary, and phytosanitary regulation, harmonizing the rules for the circulation of medicines and medical devices, developing the institution of authorized economic operators, and enhancing the security of supply chains.

The plan also includes extensive digitization of trade, public procurement, the transport sector, and services, the development of electronic document management, smart contracts, and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Some activities are focused on developing common energy markets, transport corridors, intellectual property issues, the services market, labor migration, statistics, and climate agenda.

Furthermore, the document aims to eliminate barriers in the internal market of the EAEU and expand international cooperation with integration associations, third countries, and international organizations, which should strengthen the Union's position as one of the key centers of economic attraction in Eurasia.
