The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has drawn the attention of exporters to the necessity of having a complete set of accompanying documents for the export of goods to EAEU countries. This requirement will help avoid possible delays and questions during the export process, as noted by the STS.

The mandatory documents include:
Contract and Invoice

The contract defines the terms of the transaction, such as the subject, price, deadlines, and payment method. The invoice, prepared upon the sale of goods, includes information about revenue, amounts of indirect taxes, and other necessary details.

Certificate of Origin ST-1

This document confirms that the goods were produced in Kyrgyzstan. To obtain it, the exporter must contact the institution "Kyrgyzexpertiza," which is located at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Before issuing the certificate, an on-site inspection is conducted, and it is issued for each batch of goods separately.

Certificates of Conformity

For goods subject to EAEU technical regulations, certificates of conformity and declarations are required. These are issued by "Kyrgyzstandart" after laboratory testing of product samples.

Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control

A phytosanitary certificate is required for plants and plant products, confirming the absence of pests and diseases. This document is issued by the State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Safety.

The veterinary certificate certifies the safety of animal products. To obtain it, the exporter must be registered in the internal registry of enterprises and submit an application through the "Tulpar" system and the "Single Window" portal.

The STS emphasized that having a complete package of accompanying documents is the key to legal, fast, and unobstructed export of goods to EAEU countries.
