Several other significant issues were also discussed on the agenda of the EEC Council.
1. Electronic Commerce
The draft Agreement concerning electronic commerce of goods within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) was approved. The main goal of this document is to create common and transparent rules for mutual trade within the union, which will ensure the protection of the rights and interests of all participants.

Each EAEU state independently decides when and how the labeling of goods from the approved list will be carried out.
4. Initiatives of the Kyrgyz Republic for Duty Exemptions
Kyrgyzstan proposed to implement tariff benefits that exempt from paying import customs duties for goods that will be imported in 2026 in connection with the holding of high-level international events. This pertains to the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and events within the framework of the VI World Nomad Games.
This issue will be discussed at the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which will take place on December 11, 2025, in Moscow.
