According to Vaskhan Kazaryan, the director of the customs-tariff and non-tariff regulation department of the EEC, this measure is aimed at supporting enterprises engaged in the processing of exotic raw materials and manufacturing companies that create specialized fats, stearins, and cocoa butter substitutes used in industries such as oil and fat, confectionery, and cosmetics.
