Scientists have discovered how to rejuvenate the immune system
As part of the experiment, participants included a small amount of pomegranates and nuts in their diet daily for a month. After 28 days, scientists recorded noticeable positive changes: cells became less prone to depletion, and their metabolism improved.
However, doctors warn that one should not abruptly increase the consumption of these products. Moderation remains a key factor in achieving positive results. Specialists also recommend consulting a doctor before making changes to the diet.
To gain tangible benefits, it is sufficient to regularly add pomegranates and nuts to your daily menu, but in small amounts, as indicated in the materials of the scientific journal Nature Aging.
