As part of the program, a detailed action plan is provided, as well as a matrix of indicators that will allow for monitoring and evaluating the results achieved.
State institutions and local authorities have the following obligations:
- to adhere to the deadlines for the implementation of activities;
- to develop and approve departmental implementation plans within two months;
- to provide the Ministry of Economy and Commerce with annual reports on the progress of the program;
- to implement the program within the allocated budget and other legal sources of funding.
The Ministry of Economy commits to provide a consolidated report on the implementation of the program to the Presidential Administration by the 30th of the month following the reporting period each year.
