According to the cabinet, previously, entrepreneurs were forced to personally visit tax authorities even to make minor changes to their registration data. For example, changing a phone number, email address, adding a new type of activity, or switching to another tax regime required submitting a paper application and a personal visit to the tax office.

As a result of such requirements, entrepreneurs spent two to three hours on each procedure, waiting for their turn. When changing the legal address to another district, the process became even more complicated, as it required interaction with tax authorities from two different districts, and the review period could take up to three working days. This outdated system created unnecessary burdens on businesses and led to unnecessary contacts with government officials.
The head of the cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev, noted at a staff meeting that this obstacle has now been removed. As part of the "Government Accelerators" program, the main procedures for re-registering individual entrepreneurs have been fully transitioned to an online format through the "Taxpayer's Cabinet".
According to him, the time for submitting applications has now been reduced from two to three hours to just five to ten minutes. Personal visits to tax authorities and contact with tax employees are no longer required.
