The document states the following:
1. The following are approved:
1) The Concept of Sustainable Development of the Ecological and Economic System "Issyk-Kul" for the period until 2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Concept), according to Appendix 1;
2) The Action Plan for implementing the Concept in accordance with Appendix 2;
3) A matrix of indicators for monitoring the implementation of the Concept, according to Appendix 3.
2. Financing of the activities provided for in the Concept and the Action Plan will be carried out from the republican and local budgets, as well as from internal and external investments and other legal sources.
3. Responsibility for the implementation of the provisions of the Concept and the Action Plan is assigned to:
The ministries, administrative agencies, the National Academy of Sciences under the President, the authorized representative of the President in the Issyk-Kul region, local state administrations, and the mayors of the cities of Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, and Balykchy:
1) to ensure the implementation of the Concept and the Action Plan within the established deadlines;
2) to provide information on the progress of the Action Plan to the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision by the 15th of the month following the reporting half-year.
4. The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision must report to the Presidential Administration on the progress of the Action Plan by the 25th of the month following the reporting half-year.
5. Control over the execution of this resolution is assigned to the Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Presidential and Cabinet Decisions of the Presidential Administration.
6. The resolution comes into force seven days after its official publication.
