The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry has announced the launch of a new initiative — the pilot program "Young Veterinarian: Housing and Career." The aim of this program is to attract young specialists to remote and rural areas to address the shortage of personnel in the veterinary field.

The year-long program is designed for 60 veterinarians, who will be required to work in the regions for at least five years. Participants will receive relocation allowances, monthly savings for a future mortgage, and compensation for housing rent or the option of receiving official housing.

The Ministry of Agriculture is confident that the "housing + career" model will have a positive impact on the veterinary supervision system, improve the quality of public services, and contribute to the development of rural areas.

The ministry is also open to suggestions and encourages citizens to share their initiatives.
