At the event organized by the state corporation "Rosatom," the Eurasian Women's Forum Council, and the Indonesian Nuclear Society (HIMNI), more than 150 specialists from various fields, including nuclear energy, medicine, and technology, gathered, representing 17 countries.

The main topics of discussion were the development of high technologies and the significance of women's participation in economic transformations. Experts from Indonesia noted the importance of "Rosatom's" contribution to nuclear medicine and advanced technologies, as well as addressed issues related to human capital formation and sustainable development.

A key moment was the expansion of the International Council, which now includes Kyrgyzstan along with Belarus, Namibia, and Tanzania, marking a significant event for the country.

Tatyana Terentyeva, Deputy General Director for Personnel at "Rosatom," reported that in September of this year, an international review of best practices for supporting women in industry and technology was presented, covering 16 countries, and that the number of countries has now expanded to 20 with the addition of new analytical data for the next year.
