Currently, the international reserves of the Kyrgyz Republic amount to about 10 billion US dollars. This was announced on February 24 at a press conference where the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank, Azat Kozubekov, spoke.

According to him, the change in the volume of international reserves in the country is largely related to fluctuations in gold prices on the global market.

Kozubekov emphasized that although the price of gold varies, the current reserves are a record high for Kyrgyzstan.
