The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has presented updated foreign exchange rates against the som as of March 5. According to the regulator's information, the current values are:
- US Dollar (USD): 87.45 soms;
- Euro (EUR): 103.19 soms;
- Russian Ruble (RUB): 1.14 soms;
- Kazakh Tenge (KZT): 0.17 soms;
- Chinese Yuan (CNY): 12.65 soms.
In commercial banks in the city of Bishkek, the dollar can be purchased on average for 87.35 soms, while it is sold at a price of 87.80 soms.
As for the Russian ruble, its purchase costs on average 1.13 soms, and the sale price is 1.16 soms.
