The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has presented the current currency rates as of March 19. According to official data, the current rates are as follows:
- US Dollar (USD) — 87.45 som;
- Euro (EUR) — 100.85 som;
- Russian Ruble (RUB) — 1.05 som;
- Kazakh Tenge (KZT) — 0.18 tiyn;
- Yuan (CNY) — 12.72 som.
In commercial banks, the exchange rate for the dollar averages 87.35 som for buying and 87.78 som for selling. As for the Russian ruble, it can be purchased for 1.03 som, while the selling price reaches 1.07 som.
