The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund has announced the financing of the construction of a modern dairy plant called "Nukura Pro," which will be located at the site of the already operating enterprise "Ekoproduct Asia."

The main objective of this project is to replace imports and provide the local market with high-quality products at lower prices. It is expected that prices for domestic products will be, on average, 30% lower than those for imported goods.

The plant will operate on a full cycle with production capacities of up to 1,000 tons of milk and 100 tons of cream per month. The launch of the new enterprise is scheduled for August of this year, and it is expected to meet up to 25% of Kyrgyzstan's needs in this segment.

The total investment in the project will amount to nearly 10 million US dollars, of which more than 5.5 million will be provided by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

Modern technological lines will be installed at the plant, which will allow for an increase in the shelf life of pasteurized milk from 18 to 28 days, while Tetra Pak packaging will ensure the shelf life of ultra-pasteurized products for up to nine months, creating opportunities for export.

Additionally, the project will contribute to the development of the agricultural sector: about 1,000 farms from the Chui region will become suppliers of raw materials, and approximately 70 jobs will be created at the plant.

This initiative aligns with the priorities of the National Development Program of Kyrgyzstan until 2030, which aims to develop the processing industry and increase the country's export potential.
