China gifted the Ministry of Agriculture 12 drones and plans to build a factory for their production in the Kyrgyz Republic.

On March 26, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry Erlis Akunbekov held a meeting with representatives of the Chinese company "Qyuanibao," which specializes in information technology. The ministry's press service reported on this event.

During the discussion, the Chinese side presented a gift of 12 drones, which will be transferred to the Ministry free of charge. These drones are planned to be used for various agricultural tasks, including crop protection, monitoring of land, and conducting artificial precipitation activities in the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

The parties also discussed possible avenues for further cooperation and areas of interaction. One of the topics under consideration was the establishment of a center for training and upgrading the qualifications of specialists working with unmanned aerial vehicles.

In addition, there are plans to begin implementing a project for the construction of a drone manufacturing plant in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of this company in the future.
