He noted that the "Basai" variety of cabbage was planted in January, and the harvest is currently underway. Four different varieties of cabbage were planted on 30 hectares of land, and at the moment, the harvest of the "Basai" variety is being collected. So far, 45 tons of this cabbage have already been exported to Russia.
The price of cabbage ranges from 35 to 40 soms per kilogram. It is forecasted that the total harvest will reach 450 tons. The other varieties of cabbage are planned to be harvested in May, added Madaliev.
In April 2025, it was reported that farmers from the Aiyl Aimak Dobo-Korgon in the Aravan district harvested 90 tons of cabbage, which was sent for export to Novosibirsk, Russia.
