On December 3, 2025, at around 09:30, So Synghen visited a tour at the Philharmonic with his teachers, located at the intersection of Manas Avenue and Chuy Street.
After getting off the bus, the boy went missing. Information about his disappearance has been registered in the AIS ZHUY of the Lenin District Police Department. Currently, operational search activities are being conducted.
