Key reasons for the increase in liabilities:
- Funds from the Cabinet of Ministers increased by 19%
- Liabilities on Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) received from the IMF as part of the allocation grew by 65.2%
- Funds from banks and other financial institutions increased by 55.4%.
Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) are artificial reserve and settlement assets issued by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). They exist only in non-cash form and are represented by entries in bank accounts, without the issuance of cash.
