At the moment, the identities of the citizens involved in the recording have been established: they are T.K. (born in 1991), S.S. (born in 1991), and M.M. (born in 1991). They have been detained and handed over to the Investigative Service of the Bishkek City Police Department. Currently, examinations are being conducted to legally assess the actions of these citizens, and depending on the results obtained, a decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Bishkek City Police Department appeals to the public to comply with the law and respect the state language, as well as to adhere to the norms of morality and ethics in society.
