In Bishkek, the activities of a group organizing closed events for adults were stopped, according to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate. On January 6, 2026, law enforcement agencies received information that a series of closed parties were being held in the capital. Participants of these events took photos and videos, which were then published on social media, including Instagram and Telegram channels.
Information about this incident was registered in the AIS ZHU of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
As a result of the inspection, it was found that these parties were held according to a pre-planned scheme with changing locations, renting various premises for the events.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against several women, including T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (born in 1996), O.G. (born in 2001), R.D. (born in 1999), and J.A. (born in 2001), under Article 109 of the Code of Offenses (distribution of pornographic materials). Each of them was fined 10,000 soms.
Additionally, as a result of operational actions, one of the establishments where such events were held was closed, and fines were imposed for violating legislation, according to Article 109 of the Code of Offenses.
Law enforcement agencies urge citizens and youth to adhere to norms of public morality and legislation, emphasizing that participation in the distribution of pornographic materials, especially via the internet, entails criminal liability.
