As a result of the inspection, it was found that the company was conducting its activities in the water protection zone of the "Zhekelik" canal without the necessary permits. For this violation, the firm received a fine of 100,000 soms under Article 149 of the KR Code "On Violations," as well as 17,000 soms under Article 247.
Additionally, the enterprise was issued a directive to vacate the water protection area and align its activities with the legislation, with a one-month deadline set for compliance with these requirements. However, a subsequent follow-up inspection revealed that the directive had not been fulfilled.
As a result, LLC "Firm MPA" was subjected to an additional penalty of 13,000 soms under Article 434 of the KR Code "On Violations" for non-compliance with the directives and decisions of the authorized body.
