
The Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK) has announced the termination of the contract with LLC "Nur Umra," which concerned the organization of minor Hajj.
As clarified by the muftiate, this decision was made in accordance with the Law "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Associations," as well as in accordance with the order of the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 30, 2025 (number 01-4/102) "On the Approval of the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting Pilgrimage of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Performing Umrah." Additionally, the decision is based on the Charter of DUMK, which was approved by the Council of Ulema.
Currently, DUMK is engaged in the accreditation of tourism companies that intend to organize minor Hajj.
The muftiate has also officially informed the public about the termination of contract No. 29, signed on October 1, 2025, with LLC "Nur Umra."
