The conflict arose in the center of one of the rural districts and was triggered by a clash between young people from different villages.
The incident has been officially registered. An investigative operational group from the Chui region's Department of Internal Affairs arrived promptly at the scene in cooperation with officers from the Issyk-Ata district police.
As a result of operational and preventive measures, the police were able to identify all participants in the brawl, who were taken to the Chui region's Department of Internal Affairs for further investigative actions.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Hooliganism").
The investigation revealed that the conflict began in the parking lot of one of the stores between the driver of one vehicle and the passengers of another over a parking space. Initially, a verbal altercation escalated into a physical confrontation.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, 11 individuals have been detained, with their details being clarified during the investigation.
Additionally, protocols were drawn up against 18 individuals who violated public order under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Petty Hooliganism").
The investigation is ongoing.
