According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, the incident occurred on January 2, when a report of a fight between young people from different villages in the center of one of the rural districts was received by the 102 service.
Employees of the investigative-operational group of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region and the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district promptly arrived at the scene. During operational and preventive measures, the police were able to identify all participants in the conflict.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been opened on the grounds of hooliganism, in accordance with Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has been established that the cause of the conflict was a quarrel in the parking lot of one of the stores between a driver and the passengers of another vehicle regarding parking, which escalated into a verbal altercation and subsequent physical confrontation.
Under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, 11 individuals were detained: B.L. (born in 1987), B.R. (born in 1977), B.A. (born in 2006), B.A. (born in 2005), B.T. (born in 2005), A.S. (born in 2006), B.M. (born in 1982), M.S. (born in 1998), T.F. (born in 1992), V.R. (born in 1997), S.U. (born in 1991).
Additionally, protocols were drawn up for 18 individuals, including K.H. (born in 1998), S.I. (born in 2004), Sh.M. (born in 2002), Sh.I. (born in 1999), F.R. (born in 2003), I.M. (born in 2007), S.A. (born in 2005), N.A. (born in 1999), I.R. (born in 1998), Y.A. (born in 1997), B.M. (born in 1991), M.I. (born in 1991), L.G. (born in 1993), B.M. (born in 2000), L.Yu. (born in 2006), E.G. (born in 2004), B.I. (born in 2004), M.I. (born in 1992), under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of Kyrgyzstan.
