The incident occurred on December 31, 2025, when the police received a report that a resident of the village of Dmitrievka, U.I., born in 2004, was brought to the hospital with serious bodily injuries. Preliminary data indicates that the injuries were sustained as a result of an attack by unidentified individuals.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case was opened under Article 130 (Causing serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the operational-search activities, law enforcement officers detained two suspects: T.R., born in 2003, and A.U., born in 2005. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
Other individuals who may be involved in this crime have also been identified, and investigative actions are being conducted regarding them.
