According to the provided information, on December 18, 2025, a local resident born in 1986 named M.T. approached the Panfilov District Internal Affairs Department. He reported that on December 16, around 5:30 PM, a group of unknown individuals attacked him and his brothers—M.T., born in 1989, and M.A., born in 1980—without any apparent reason at the "Legacy" car wash located in Kainy, causing them bodily harm, after which they fled the scene.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative actions, police officers were able to identify the suspects. They turned out to be local residents: S.T., born in 1991, J.N., born in 1996, and T.A., born in 1997. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the aforementioned individuals were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
