The crime was registered at the Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region, where a criminal case was initiated under Article 205-1 (Cattle Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational-search activities, the suspects were identified, among whom were I.Sh. born in 2007, A.A. born in 2006, and A.Z. born in 2007. All of them were taken to the Internal Affairs Department for further investigative actions.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the detainees had sold the stolen calf. The cattle was seized and recognized as material evidence, after which it was returned to the owner. The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
