According to the account of the victim's mother, unknown individuals took the girl from the area of her home and drove away in a "Honda Step" car.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately issued a lookout for the stolen vehicle. At the "Sosnovka" post in the Jayil district, traffic police inspectors noticed a car that matched the description and stopped it. Inside were the girl, as well as:
- driver A.A., born in 1995;
- passengers: B.A., born in 2005; K.M., born in 2001; B.M., born in 2008; K.A., born in 2009; K.Ya., born in 2008; K.A., born in 2008.
All of them were taken to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Alamedin district.
According to the investigation, 20-year-old B.A. intended to marry the underage resident of the Chui region. He rented a car and, with the support of acquaintances, headed to the village of Vasilyevka, where the abduction occurred.
This incident has been classified under Article 172 ("Abduction of a person for the purpose of marriage") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspects are "groom" B.A., 30-year-old driver A.A., and 24-year-old passenger K.M. All of them have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
