According to available information, on December 22, in the village of Vasilyevka, unknown individuals in a silver car abducted citizen K.H., born in 2008. Information about the incident was registered, and immediately, alerts were issued for the search.
As a result of operational actions at the checkpoint in the village of Sosnovka in the Jayil district, traffic police officers stopped a silver Honda Step, driven by citizen A.A., born in 1995. Inside the vehicle, the abducted minor was found, along with several other individuals, including minors. All of them were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun district for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that B.A., born in 2005, with the intention of getting married, had previously arranged with acquaintances to rent a car and abducted the girl from her home. The mother of the victim, citizen A.N., contacted the police requesting action against those responsible.
A criminal prosecution has been initiated in this case under Article 172 (abduction of a person for the purpose of entering into marriage) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. B.A. (born in 2005), K.M. (born in 2001), and A.A. (born in 1995) have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed for further investigation, which continues taking into account the minor age of the other participants.
