Preliminary conclusions from the forensic expert indicated that the citizen's death was caused by closed traumatic brain injury, concussion, and wounds to the scalp area, resulting from blows.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the infliction of serious harm to health. During the investigation, it was revealed that the bodily injuries to K.E. were inflicted by her husband, with whom she had consumed alcoholic beverages the day before.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, a citizen E.N., born in 1969, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
